Refund policy

 

At Dream State Collective, your satisfaction with your item is a top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and return the item back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or shop credit. Customers will be issued a return label to send items back to us. Items must be returned in their original condition/packaging with no signs of use or wear; Thrifted items must have the 'Thrifted by Dream State' tag still attached. Refunds and shop credit will be issued once the item is back in our possession. Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.

All Thrifted items are final sale unless stated otherwise in the item's individual description. Please read item description and measurements carefully before making your purchase. It is imperative before making a purchase that you review all photos and thoroughly read the entire item description so there is no confusion about the size of the item, materials used, etc. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, shoot us an email with a photo of the damaged package/item and we will do our best to come up with a satisfactory solution by either offering a replacement (if possible), offering to fix the damaged item, or issuing a refund.  

Dream State Collective is NOT responsible for damage done to an item due to the mishandling of the item by the customer, intentional bending or manipulation of parts on a piece, or other scenarios not related to an item being defective or damaged during transit. Please handle your items with love and care!
